Bill Bartell was lost to his family and friends on February 7th while body surfing at his vacation home in Todos Santos Mexico. Our family would appreciate any stories or pictures from his soaring friends so we may gather them for the memorial. A simple memorial will be held in his honor on March 14, 2009 in his home town of Las Cruces, New Mexico. If anybody has anything they would like to relay to me or have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me.
